This home was designed in stages so the owner could remain on site during construction of the main house and garages. Stage One began with a two-bedroom two-story 1,568 square foot guest house and in-ground pool which served as the temporary residence while the main house was under construction. Stage Two consisted of the 3,600 single story main house with an additional 3,600 square feet of finished space in the walk-out basement. Stage Three included a four-car garage and 736 square foot professional dog kennel.
