Pre-engineered structure with four bays entering from the front and rear. The auxiliary spaces include an office, lunch room, men’s and women’s toilet/shower rooms and tool room on 6,386 square foot grade level. The 1,240 square foot mezzanine level is predominately storage with a small condenser room.
The office building houses Town Clerk, Code Enforcement, Court Clerk and Judges Offices, Court /Board Room, and Zoning. The client requested a building that combined modern finishes with complimentary style mimicking historic character of neighboring homes. All work was performed in compliance with New York State Building and Energy Code. The project was designed to comply with construction provisions of ADA Standard for Accessible Design.
